Graphics Upgrade

I have an ATI Radeon HD 3200 graphics. Is it a onboard graphics card or an external one?

Also i cannot find the update driver for my graphics card ( ATI Radeon HD 3200 ) on ATI website, as it does not have my card.The website has drivers for HD 2900 and HD 3400, but not for HD 3200. What should i do? How do i find out if my graphics card is working at its best? I do not know much about graphics card. Can someone please help ?
