Graphics Upgrade

Is it possible to upgrade my laptop graphics card?

I got a 1 year-old ACER ASPIRE 9800 (AS9805WKHi) with a GeForce Go 7600 and I wanna upgrade for example to a GeForce 9650M GS to play the most recent games with maximum graphics performance. Is it possible?

1. 98% of laptop video cards cannot be upgraded because they are built in. This is one with built in video as well.
