  1. You can't upgrade the graphics card..
  2. Probably not, because everything from Sony Vaio has been integrated.
  3. Oftentimes laptops have fixed motherboards. This means that in order to upgrade you have to replace the entire motherboard, which is often beyond the knowledge of many non-technical people (like myself haha). But try contacting your manufacturer for advice. Some high end laptops are customizable.
  4. you can upgrade ram but not your graphics chip it is built into the motherboard sorry
  5. You can not upgrade a graphic card on a laptop. However your ram can be upgraded to a max of 4 gbs. If you use a 32-bit OS it will only use about 3.5 gb of 4 gb of ram because of the kernal, however a 64-bit OS will not have this effect. you laptop can only use DDR2 PC2-6400 ram with up to 2 gbs of ram per slot.
  6. You can't upgrade the graphic card on a laptop, only on PC! That is the same thing I ask and they say that you need to find and buy one with a different graphic card!
  7. You can use an external video card ie. iomega, etc and use an external monitor
  8. No
