Graphics Upgrade

If i were to upgrade my graphics card?

If i were to upgrade my graphics card from the 8800GT i have now, what should i upgrade it to? (preferably under or around $250) Well it's a year and one month old, so it's not ancient.

1. ATi 4870 prob what i'm going to get lol then why the thumbs down stalker? Another instance of you answering behind me. I put you on block. LEAVE ME ALONE STALKER JEDI. And this is the only time you have been right... Although a 4870x2 will probably bottleneck his system without more details and he is currently running an 8800GT, so it's probably not the newest.
2. the ATI HD 4870 costs around 400$.........oh my god....damn costly... you better go for the Geforce 9800 series as they are great performers in graphics...it will cost you some 200 $ to 300 $..so go get it...

4. you have a good card(not outdated).wait for some more time and collect more money.then buy a graphic card with more budget.
