Graphics Upgrade

If I had an "ATI Radeon 9550 256MB 8x AGP Graphics Card" would I be able to play Oblivion?

I have not bought the card yet. I only have a 4x AGP Slot. I've been looking if the card has requirements to power supply, I only have 200 Watts. I have an HP Pavillion 753n. Also, would I need the aid of "Oldblivion" or could I just play?

1. I'm not sure if it will be playable if it does run. Oldblivion might allow you to get it going. I have to recommend against getting that card, though. Most modern games won't run on it at all. And I think I may have had that same HP when I put my old 9550 in it. The card doesn't need a serious power supply. You might be fine with the 200w. If not, you would have to get at least a new case. Those HP cases don't play well with other children.
