what graphics card upgrade is possible for my asrock conroe945g motherboard?

I need to upgrade my graphics card to be able to play the sims 3 (the rest of my pc meets the minimum spec). I'm unsure as to what graphics card would be compatible with my ASRock conroe945g-dvi/m/asr motherboard (the cheaper the better).

Options: Radeon HD 4650 runs about $50 Radeon HD 4670 runs about $70 GeForce 9600 GT runs about $80 I have the NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT on several desktops at home and they play the Sims 3 game just fine. I've seen the 8600 GT for about $35-40 if you shop some online retailers.
