Graphics Upgrade

Will I be able to play games such as the Sims 3 or Gears of Wars on an ATI HD 3200 graphics card for a laptop?

I just bought a Gateway computer with the following specs: CPU: Mobile AMD Turion X2 RM72 RAM: 3 GB DDR2 HDD: 250 GB Graphics card: ATI HD 3200 Will I be able to games like the Sims 3 or Gears of War comfortably?

1. You should be able to play them, though most likely only at low to medium quality. I have the same video card on my motherboard, and it does ok on most games, but it does not do so well on resolutions above 1024x768. i have to start turning down quality settings. the other specs seem fine, you might consider upgrading to 4GB of memory eventually though.
