Graphics Upgrade

Is there a way to upgrade a graphics card in a laptop?

okay. this my be a little confusing. I know that you cannot change a graphics card inside a laptop. but is there anything one can buy to upgrade the graphics card thats already inside ones laptop. or but some kind of external graphics card?

1. No. There is no such thing as an external graphics card.
2. Not to my knowledge, I know some very savvy tech guys might be able to open up the laptop, but I wouldn't suggest it. Best bet is to buy a top of the line laptop so it lasts you a while, or just get a desktop and you can change stats when you need to.
