Graphics Upgrade

Is this Graphics card an upgrade from what I currently have?

I currently have Intel 82845G Graphics Controller and I just wanted to make sure that the Nvidia GeForce 8200M G was an upgrade. I also currently have Windows XP. Will the new card work with Vista Home Premium fine?? Thanks a lot for your help!

1. Yes a geforce 8 series card is better than any onboard video. and vista home premium requires a minimum of a geforce 6 series to operate soooo you would be fine to upgrade to vista later. Just in addition widows 7 due later this year will work on your new card also.
